Terms and Conditions for Memberships
- Memberships are not transferable, but you’ll get a nice surpise if you refer a friend to our memberships (and they sign up)
- Minimum lock in period is 12 weeks – after that you can opt out anytime. Just call the salon to arrange.
- Extra long and/or thick hair may incur extra charges but we will let you know first
- Fair use applies – we want you to come to the salon as often as you need to – just not every day lol!
- Gift cards and Vouchers cannot be used to purchase Memberships
General Terms and Conditions
- Extra long and/or thick hair may incur extra charges but we always will let you know first so there are no surpirses
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before we may have to charge you the full amount if we can’t fill the spot
- If you do not show up and do not let us know (a “no show”) we will be very hurt and take it personally (and we will need to charge the full amount).
- A special offer cannot be used with any other offer
- Some offers are for new clients only – please check if not sure
