Also from a business point of view, the weekly membership payments allow us to have a better view of our cashflow.

There’s no tricky catch with our Total Hair Care  Membership program – it helps you get better value from the salon and it helps us plan and be more efficient.

The program is custom designed for you and you alone. You can enjoy consistent and professionally styled hair and treatments affordably and hassle free.

That’s why memberships are not transferable, but when your friends ask you about your fabulous hair, (and they will) you’ll have special access to our unique referral rewards programs that incudes members only exclusive rewards including extra holiday getaway escapes and amazing prize promotions we offer.

The Total Hair Care Membership program runs for 12 months (and can be extended) but has a minimum of 12 weeks to give you and your hair the chance to experience the full benefits of the program. We know when you feel the confidence that comes with the Total Hair Care Gold Membership, you’ll love it and won’t ever want to opt out – but if you move, or something changes, you can opt out anytime moving forward. Just call the salon and we’ll arrange it for you – no questions asked.

Long or thick hair? No hassle! If you’re one of those people blessed with incredibly long or super thick hair that may incur extra charges, we’ll let you know upfront, before we get started. But don’t worry – it will still be incredible value for you!

Fair use applies – we want you to come to the salon as often as you need to – just not every day! Your hair will not love that.
